We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@arrasport.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@arrasport.com.

1 Overview

1.1 We are committed to creating a comfortable and well-pleasing shopping experience at ARRA. That's why we offer an easy 30-days Return/ Exchange service for all purchases. Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. All the policies begin from the date you received the product to the date the problem was reported to us first. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our 30 Return & Exchange Policy.

1.2 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have thirty (30) days after receiving your item to request a return.

1.3 Return Service Procedure:

Please contact our service staff, and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue.

Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service team.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 5-7 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.

1.4 Do I need to pay for return shipping?

1.4.1 Our comprehensive 30-day return/exchange policy covers the following scenarios, with arra bike refunding all shipping costs:

 If we send the wrong order or product, or if you receive any damaged items, or if the product you received is of poor quality/defective.

1.4.2 For our 30-day limited warranty return/exchange policy, the following reasons are covered, but return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility:

 Choosing the wrong size of the product.

 Changes of mind, personal taste, or other personal reasons.

In cases where it is our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For cases related to customer choices, the customer is responsible for both return and exchange shipping fees.

2 Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

  1. Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

    3.1 You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags/packaging attached, and hygiene sticker intact.

       3.2 Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

  1. How long will it take to receive my refunds?

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days after we receive your package and will be issued to your original payment account.

Note:

  1. Before you return the item(s), please communicate with our customer service email about your return requirements, and we will try our best to help you find a better solution than return and exchange.
  2. Please don‘t send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Items that are being returned should be new, and unworn. They should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
